I have created custom help button in my presenter , and its 197 th page in my course, but when i click on help button its not navigating to 197th page, am getting an error msg ,can please some one can help me

Do you have your course navigation locked down to where the user must complete the quiz to go on? This will prevent any branching past that point.
I usually make a small help Engage file and have the learner access from a tab in the top navigation. That way it's accessible from anywhere without the user leaving the current course page.
Hi Dwayne ,Yes i got to know what is the issue, now i have taken out the option.hope this will work fine .i thought of calling the help page in new window but someissues.any way thanks so much for tour quick response.
