Hello Jason!
Great question! Many of the options in Presenter 09 were based on Flash. We created Presenter 360 without Flash dependencies. We included more customizations in the Slide Properties that were previously found in Presenter 09. For example, when a slide doesn't have audio or animations, you can choose to advance the slide Automatically or By User.
