It's been a while since I have been here and I hope you all can help.
I am using Articulate '09 (upgrading to '13 when the new laptop arrives) and a client would like me to convert a presentation they created to a "simple" eLearning presenation.
Problem is that they have used several custom shows linked to buttons. However when I convert the ppts using Presenter, the buttons nor the links show. What am I missing? Is there a work around?

Can you provide a little more detail on this? If so, maybe we can help out :)
First, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "custom shows" - are you referring to videos, etc.?
It sounds like the buttons contained hyperlinks - is that right? If you right-click on the button, is there an option to edit the hyperlink?
Was the original file created with PowerPoint, or are you pulling in content from another program?
Any other information you could provide would be appreciated!
