Custome annimation help in power point

I have a problem that for the life of me I can not figure out.  At some point when playing around with my course I must have discovered a "spot light" type annimation effect that I now can longer find.  What is does is when you click on the slide the first bullet point comes up and it becomes brighter and the rest of the slide gets darker and moves kind of into the background.  Also draws a box around the first bullet.  A great feature especially if I add narration, but now I can not remember how I orginally did that and whether I did in powerpoint or articulate.  Any help, as always, would be greatly appreciated.
