Hi, a recent hardware failure required us to reformat the hard drive and install a clean OS. Of course, I forgot to deactivate Studio13 and related products before the clean OS install.
Is there a way to deactivate my products before I re-install Studio13 on this PC?
You're allowed to activate on two computers, such as a word computer and home laptop, but if you'd like to connect with our Support team they'll be able to help you out, as once you remove Studio from a computer - there wouldn't be a way to deactivate it without reinstalling Studio.
