You can generate a LMS Debug log using the following instructions. I'm afraid the method you were using was a carry-over into Studio '09 from when it was introduced in previous versions. It wasn't meant to be used in '09 though. '13 was redesigned and with it, the accidental feature that was in '09, was removed.
