e-Mersion developed the course for HealthStartIQ. You might be able to find what you need by contacting them.

On a related topic, the last quiz I developed was on end-of-life care. It is a topic I am concerned about as I don't see most health care providers adequately trained or motivated to provide quality end-of-life care. I see that you have a course on this topic.
