Hi, we have an SME who is using an older version of PPT than our version of PPT articulate. Whenever we try to create the course, we have to extract all of the audio and manually insert it back into our version of PPT articulate. Is there a solution or easier way of doing this?
Hi Vanessa! Are you packaging the content as instructed in our collaboration documentation here? The audio should be included as a part of the package.
Or are you stating that the user does not have Presenter and is simply using Powerpoint as that would be expected behavior.
Articulate Presenter '13 doesn't support audio that was recorded or imported in PowerPoint. You'll need to record or import audio in Presenter instead.
If you already recorded or imported audio in PowerPoint, you may be able to extract it. See this article for details.
