Difficulties Publishing then Launching in Presenter 13

Nov 02, 2016

I have a PowerPoint presentation that I'm trying to expand to use Presenter 13 with videos, etc. I inserted videos, some transitions and then after previewing, tried to Publish. It seemed to publish successfully, but when I tried to launch after publishing, I got "Method 'Title' not supported by automation object." So I decided to just create a new presentation, with one slide and a video to start and see if I got a different behavior. No dice. I removed the video, and still the same error. If I navigate to the Launch_Presentation.exe, I get the same error. Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this? I've attached a screen print of the error.

OK, thinking it might be something in how it was created, I decided to use the P13 tutorial practice files as a template. I built it on my production drive. ERROR! - but of course it had worked fine on my personal drive. So, I went back to my presentation - what I sent you didn't include the video, so I added the video back. When I built it on my personal area, it worked. If I copied the successful build to my production drive, it played, but the video didn't display and I didn't get any sound from the video (yet it rain for the entire length of the video). If I build it as web on my production environment, it is successful, but again, no video and no sound.

I imagine you won't be able to duplicate my error, so at some point when I want it web based I'll have to debug with my system support.
