Difficulty Activating Studio 09

Hi guys
I filed a support query but thought someone here might have a quick answer.
I installed Studio 09 on a new PC build (W7, Office 2010 64bit, oodles of cores and RAM). Had AP 09 running fine but neglected to activate it as was busy at an event. I had not used this machine in some time and had to re-install Office 2010 from scratch today.
Ribbon will not activate although it and Communicator are still evident on Comms add-ins. I've tried repair. I've tried to uninstall and re-install. Nothing worked. Download version is 12.0.0.
I have a valid license that I am uninstalling from a laptop to be de-commissioned, but can't do that until I can get Articulate to see itself.
Hope someone can assist.
Tks
Rob

Hey Rob,
Looks like it was just a matter of getting the right version of Office installed, yeah? Let us know if you run into any further trouble. Thanks!
Hi Peter
[Embarrassment...] yes that was definitely the case. I thought I'd manged to remove the post as Tom Sanders had responded literally before I could finish typing it out and then followed up by Sid.
Re-activated the com add-ins and all was good. All custom templates and speaker details in tact and go to go.
As always awesome support.
Now, the big test will be how fast this sucker actually converts the presentations (compared to the previous encoder). It runs the AMD X8 with 3.6Ghz +16Gb of 1600Mhz RAM running 3 x OCZ Vertex3 SSDs: One for op system, the other as paired RAID 1.
Vroom.
Tks again for the follow up.
Cheers
Rob
Sweet! Good luck, Rob
