Hi, I am creating a project in Studio 13 who will be using the '09 player. When I publish to LMS and send and he tries to play, sound is sometimes gone, transitions and timings are off and he's noticing differences in the player template. Is anyone aware of issues like this when working with an LMS and between '09 and '13? Thanks very much.
You will not be able to use the same player from Presenter '09. The player has been redesigned. You can read more about that here if need be.
As to the other issues, are you working locally? When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
