We are having a recurring probelm with disappearing graphics when we publish. I have read a bit about this on this site and others and I am able to put some pieces together but not the whole picture.
Our content was created using PowerPoint 2007.
We have recently converted to PowerPoint 2010.
We have grouped graphics, inserted graphic files and smart art disappearing.
If we create a new .ppt file and copy the content in, we can see the graphics.
Is this a PowerPoint setting issue? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Big question - is this in Flash or HTML5?
I'm having this problem in HTML5 output (on an iPad), but not in Flash.
Using Presenter 09 to publish in Flash.
