Strange but true. When I open a powerpoint to record in articulate, the mouse arrow disappears! I know it is still there because when I move the mouse around, different tabs will become highlighted as the "invisible" mouse moves over them.
Brian - I have having the same problem when I open the sync animation function. The mouse disappears when the sync animation window opens. I can still use it on the task bar below, but in order to exit the function I have to hit the alt key and then tab over to Save&Close and exit out. I uninstalled Flash and reinstalled the latest version - to no avail. It's becoming painful, because when I often have to go back and forth between PowerPoint and Sync animation and it's really slowing me down.

Have you rebooted? Has this happened before? You're right. That IS odd behavior.
I tried rebooting and no change. Could it be some kind of setting I have on my powerpoint? I've never seen this before.
Hi Lynn,
Can you try reinstalling Flash Player by using the method below?
*******Please do the following in Internet Explorer.
