I have an Articulate module that ends on a blank slide except for a button that contains a link to another site. The button works fine in Preview and when I publish locally as well as when I FTP to my client. When she FTPs to a hosting partner the link does not work. Other than making sure the second FTP is set to binary transfer, what else might cause this?
Yes, you'll want to make sure the customer is using the Binary transfer method when using FTP. Also, you'll want to verify that the customer doesn't have their pop-up blocker enabled.
