I have problems with some users using Microsoft Edge not hearing the audio on the pages that have audio files like mp3. If the same user tries chrome then it works as it should. On the pages I used mp4 files the sound works as it should in both browsers.
The problem is not the same for everyone, I myself get the sound to work in Edge for both file formats.
Is this something you recognize? What can I do to make the sound work with the two file formats for everyone in Edge?
