Download for Offline View and Manual Upload to Articulate Online

I've followed the steps detailed in the following link to publish presenter13 files to Articulate Online, but I can't seem to be able to download from Articulate Online for offline view from iPAD.
I've also downloaded the latest update of Studio13 and install it, republishing the files, but still unsuccessful. I've also tried publishing into LMS format, manually changing the file extension to .art6. but Articulate Online gives the following error.

Hi Elina!
The selection during publishing to allow for offline viewing is specific to the Articulate Mobile Player. It is not currently available for Articulate Online.

Hi Leslie,
We are using the Articulate Mobile Player from iPad, to try to download the uploaded Presenter files in Articulate Online. We have no issue with storyline files, but only Studio Presenter13 files. The "Available Offline" toggle knob does not appear for Presenter files.
Elina - This is the behavior that I would expect you to have since Offline viewing is not available. It should not be available for Storyline content either, so I'm not sure why you are given the option in AMP?
