Today I've updated a course, and named the file with today's date.
I've published and uploaded to our LMS, but....
when I view the published course, the course title still shows the previous version's date on the course itself, and in slide properties.
I've definitely changed the course title before saving, uploading and publishing, but it is displaying the wrong title. The changes that I made to the course today are there tho, so it IS the correct version. Trust me - I've tripled checked!
I hope I can help! I have a hunch it may be that you need to update your Presentation Options. But being that my brain is still inhibited by turkey, I'm not confident. Give this a shot and let me know:

Anyway - I'm the one with the inhibited brain - I republished and checked the options again, and 2 out of 3 of th courses I published this morning had retained the old title in the publishing window. Simply a matter of changing it in there. Silly me.

Does your course contain Quizmaker quizzes, by any chance?

Why yes - yes it does. A whole bunch of them. About 8 within the course as knowledge-checks(not graded) and a graded assessment at the end.
