Edit a Template without having the XML file

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the presenter template. Our client provided us with the sample PPT courses and some doc files containing content. We had to develop put that content into the ppt files and publish it with articulate presenter.

When we published and sent it to the client, they said that they do not want "Navigation panel" and "Attachment tab" in the published course.

Now, my qustion is that can we edit the existing template and remove those issue without having the XML template and color scheme files? or do we need to get those XML files from client? is there any way that the color scheme remain as per the client requirement and we are still be able to edit the template?
