Editing player settings without re-publishing

We are using Articulate Studio '13 and are in the process of transferring all of our courses to SCORM and onto a new LMS.

With this, we are also trying to optimize our content for mobile devices.

We have discovered some settings that we need to adjust. When you go into the player menu, and click the gear icon, there are a bunch of browser setting controls.Is there a way to edit these settings in the published output folder without having to republish every course we have?
