Eliminating need to scroll in Presenter '13

Hi,

I've been working on a course for some time now in Studio '13 and it's been piloted, with very little feedback regarding issues with display. I've never had an issue myself. I just received feedback from someone using Windows 7 - IE10 needing to scroll up and down to see all content/navigation buttons. I thought it might just be an IE issue, but I have someone here at my location using Chrome (which is what I've always used) experiencing the same issue. I had the course set to show at Full Screen mode because the pilot issues seemed to be that they felt the course was too small. Is there a setting I can tweak to eliminate this issue for anyone using a standard computer browser? I just tried Optimum Size and it is a little better, but not fixed completely.

Hi Laura,

From what you described, it may be a resolution issue. Especially if it's only happening on those two (or very few) machines.

What resolution are you using? What resolution are the others using that have this issue?

You mentioned that you're going full screen with the course, but do you have the player locking at the optimal size as well?

In either case, I have both Chrome and Internet Explorer on this machine. I'd be happy to take a look if you're able to share a link for the course.
