Emailed Results - emails blank

I have published 3 separated courses using Studio '09 that are setup to email results.  These courses are available through a restricted sharepoint site to a defined audience.  Everything has been working great for the past month.  However, on Monday, three of the emailed results didn't have any assessment question information which provides the name, ID number and course code.  Today, we received a Quiz Results email that was totally blank.  What could be causing this to occur?

Hi Nikki,

Unfortunately, there’s no way to email results easily, accurately, and consistently. For example, if you use Gmail or your computer’s security settings are high, you can’t email results. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent.

This is one of the reasons we're no longer including this type of functionality in our newer products (Storyline and Studio '13). 

It may be related to the machine, browser or email client that submitted the results. If you're able to communicate with those users and determine a common thread, it might help to request that learners avoid that specific version of web browser or mail client.
