Embedded SWFs run too fast

I have some SWFs created in Flash 5.5 at 12 fps that I want to embed into slides in Preneter '09.
I have adjusted the frame rate in Presenter Prenstation Option to 12 frames per second, but the SWFs still run too fast. What is curious is that only the animations run fast. The audio runs are the normal rate. What can I do (other than completely redo the animations at 30 fps) to make these work properly.
The SWFs were published as Flash 6, ActionScript 2.0, JPEG qulaity 100, Audio strem & event at MP3, 128 kbps, Mono. They run perfectly well in Adobe Flash Player and IE 8.

Hey Frank!
Before re-doing the SWFs at 30 FPS, you could try inserting them under the setting: Movie plays independently of slide to see if that fixes it...
Hi Peter,
Unfortunately that did not work. Another interesting note is that when I play the swf in preview window in the inserting dialog box it plays correctly. It is only after I publish the presentation thhat the swf animations accelerate.
OK, I think your best bet is going to be redoing them at 30 FPS. Sorry for the trouble, but that should resolve the issue. Let us know...
