Embedded Vimeo videos not full screen Chrome

Several trainings with the Vimeo videos, when viewed by Chrome, doesn't enable the full screen button via LMS.

Contact the Vimeo support, the problem is that the Articulate are inserting quotes after webkitallowfullscreen terms, mozallowfullscreen and allowFullScreen. I tested several times and really I found these quotes.
Follows for comparison:

I am having the same exact issues. Out of the blue, the full screen button disappeared from all of my videos embedded from Vimeo. There are several others on Vimeo's forums having the same issues. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

So far nothing has tested all the settings I found both on the forums here as the Vimeo, but nothing.

Have you seen this thread? It's been a recent topic and seems to be a change in the way that Vimeo (and possibly YouTube) have changed their full screen buttons.

Yes, but the problem happens only in Chrome, as I mentioned, have tested all options posted here and on the Vimeo Forums new, but nothing worked.

I used LMS and the problem also occurs when you use the Windows 10.

Thanks for letting us know you're only seeing it in Chrome and the Windows 10 browser. I know that a few users have reached out to Vimeo and shared that they're seeing the full screen button missing across the browsers and it's based on that Storyline places Vimeos content in an iFrame and Vimeo has changed how they'll behave with iFrame content. We have shared this with our Quality Assurance team to see if there is anything to be changed on our end, but I don't have any information or updates to share in regards to that yet.
