I am creating a course in Presenter inwhich I have inserted a series of YouTube videos as web objects (one video per page) The longest video is 4:35. When I go to preview the pages, they play great but when I publish them and try to run them on a test site (SCORM Cloud) the video page shows "loading" and never plays. Actually, I waited for 5 minutes for it to load. The first video is only 2 minutes long. Finally gave up. Any ideas?
Can you confirm for us how you went about embedding the YouTube videos? And here are some common reasons and solutions for videos not playing in your published content that may help.
If you're still having trouble with them, would we be able to take a look at them? We'd be happy to. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload.
I followed the instructions above. The odd thing is they didn't play on SCORM Cloud but, I took a chance and uploaded it to a test site on the LMS and they did work...I have someone testing each page this morning. If we run into problems,I'll definitely send a package.
