I haven't personally used Adsense, so I'm not sure how you'd go about doing this. You could try inserting the ad as a web object, but again, I'm not really familiar with this.
You might want to try posting your question over in the Building Better Courses section of the forums for some additional exposure. Hopefully some of our community experts can give you some tips for using this.
