One option would be to record your screencast using a tool like Screenr. It's a free, web-based resource provided by Articulate that allows you to record screencasts for use in various environments. You can use Screenr to record a screencast, download the resulting MP4 movie file, and insert it into your Presenter '09 presentation. Here's how.

Is the screen cast on your local machine, a network server, Intranet site, or Internet site?
