Embeded Engage not staying sized - how to fix?

I have embedded 3 interactions in my presentation but when you navigate through the program sometimes they don't stay in the space they are sized in. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Additional issue:
When you zoom into a pic it won't minimize. What did I do?
Oh and another question?
On my boss laptop the images are smushed. Should or could I change the view settings to allow the images to correctly be seen?

Are you using a web object to embed the Engage file or are you importing it using the traditional method?
