End user feedback for courses
Aug 09, 2013
Hi everybody!
I wanted to ask everybody for ideas on how to solicit feedback from end users on the courses. I know it is probably better just to have a discussion with people and also to do testing on a product to make sure it works the way I want it to. However, the client wants there to be an option that allows the end user to send feedback and so I'll try to build it into the course. I am just not sure how that is going to happen.
The only idea I can think of is to include a link at the end of the module that will take the user to a website with a feedback form to fill out. Are there smoother ways for me to incorporate this that I am not considering? Would this be something an LMS does better perhaps?
Thank you for any advice!

Thanks for the info Leslie. I think I put this thread in the wrong section too. Oops.
I think it's just fine Corey! Good luck in your findings and just let me know if you have further questions.
Hi Corey, you could set up some sort of survey using a tool like Survey Monkey, FluidSurvey or Google Forms and insert it into Presenter as a web object.
