Engage (suddenly) not playing correctly

Hi. An Engage interaction in a course was working fine up until December. Now, the user gets stuck and cannot get past it easily. It is a Labeled Interaction set to move forward by user, then the Next Slide button appears. There is audio, but even if they wait for it to complete, they cannot move forward. I have no problem, however. I assume it is either a Windows Update or a Flash change that is causing the item on their system to not work correctly.
Is anyone aware of update that might have caused some problems?

Hi Jill!
I'm not aware of any updates that would have this kind of symtom. If it's unique to only one user, it seems likely that it's an issue with their own system. I would just recommend asking the user to ensure that their Flash player is updated.
To follow-up with this issue, after the customer applied a number of Windows and Adobe updates, the course is playing fine. Thanks for your help!
