I'm having a problem during publishing an Articulate '13 course using PPT '10. Whenever I publish, the text in the Notes section appears in vastly different sizes . . . sometimes so small it's impossible to read on screen. This is a course-wide issue. Any idea why this is happening or how I can fix it? I've tried adjusting the font and the font size and nothing seems to work.
This issue is something that our team is aware of. I'd like to take a look at your files, and I will send you a PM with instructions on how to upload them for review.
We have a similar problem, the font gets squish to the left margin, and/ or has different sizes. I tried to indent in the PowerPoint note page so the text would indent right a bit, but it sometimes works and some times does not.
If you format notes in PowerPoint by going to the View tab and clicking Notes Master, you may find that the formatting is wrong when you preview or publish with Articulate Presenter. This is a known issue. See this article for more information and solutions.
Ron: The course I'm having problems with was built from scratch in '13.
Leslie Clifton: The one thing I've found that makes the problem less apparent is using Courier New Font. It's still there, but it's harder to eyeball it.

Hi Kyle and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

Kyle:
Has the course been converted from Articulate 09 to Articulate 13? Or was it built from scratch in Articulate 13?
I have noticed problems with converted courses, but not with courses built in 13. Please advise.
Ron
