Error Box

Hey Guys,
I'm encountering an extremely annoying problem with presenter at the moment which you can see in the picture below. Every time I published of preview my presentation I'm finding that there are a few links in the presentation that throw up this blank error box. I've tried remapping my branching and hyper links, deleted and re-created slides but I'm unable to get past the problem. However when Preview less slides (Not the full presentation) or publish less slides this problem is not apparent on these same slides (no error box). Has anyone encountered these issues?

Hi Gavin,
I don't see your screenshot. However, if you receive a blank pop-up message, dialog, button, or label during playback of a published Presenter ‘09 presentation, it indicates that one or more text labels in your player template are blank. Please review the following article for more information:
