error: can't load add-in articulate.ppa

Hi,

I recently got a new laptop at work, and found out that IT first installed Studio '09 instead of just Engage (which is what I purchased a license for). It sounds like they had some problems uninstalling everything and reinstalling Engage and now when I open PowerPoint if get an error saying the PowerPoint can't load the add-in articulate.ppa.

I have gone to PowerPoint options > Add-ins and unchecked both the Presenter Communicator add-in and the Presenter Ribbon add-in. I can't remove them because it tells me that they are installed for all users and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator - and it does the same thing for my IT guy and doesn't give a prompt to enter and administrator password. I have also gone to Trust Center Settings in PowerPoint and unchecked all boxes under the Add-Ins tab.

How can I get rid of that error message?
