Error grabbing 1.2 API-Error:Permission denied

No logging in database
In the subfolder \data is a file named playerproperties.xml.
In <resume> it writes <UseSuspendData>true</UseSuspendData>
We changed it in false and teh error message disappears and logging is OK.
Where can I set a parameter within Articulate that forces this error message?
