Error message and constant 'not responding' with articulate


I recently updated my Articulate 360 but am still having issues with presentations freezing and shutting down constantly. This happens most when I am trying to insert an Articulate icon or image, but it also happens with seemingly no trigger. I also get an error message periodically.


Just wondering if someone can recommend a solution.

So sorry that's happening. First, can I confirm that you're working on a local hard drive? Working on a network drive or an external USB drive can cause similar oddities, so I always like to rule that out as the culprit. 

If you're already working locally, a fresh copy of Studio 360 should do the trick. Go through these steps, and let us know if you see an improvement!
