Error message for some users in my Company

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me.

I am using Articulate Studio (LMS hosted by Kallidus) and have the following error messages coming up for some of our staff. 

I have contacted Kallidus for advice and been told that the error is nothing to do with the LMS and more likely a Flash error in that the computer doesnt have the latest version of Flash.

The people who are having this error (as it's a small handful of people) have newer versions of Flash than the people who are able to access the course without any problems.

If anyone could help I will be most grateful.

Hi Davina and welcome to Heroes! 

I'd suggest trying to publish within SCORM Cloud to see if those users encounter the same error message. If not, I'd share the results with your LMS team, as that would indicate that the Flash player is not causing them difficulty. If you're able to replicate the results within SCORM Cloud, can you please create a Presenter package and share with us here?
