error message in articulate '13 for some presentations

Hi,

I have made a powerpoint. And now I would like to record the narration. When I tried to do this this time I receive an error message:

"your articulate presenter project cannot be upgraded to the new aticulate presenter '13 file format"

I already did a reinstallation of the presenter '13 without succes.

The strange thing is that not all my presentations have this.
I have opened another pptx and could record the narration without any problem.

I also tried to copy the slides into an new ppt without success.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
