Error Message Occurs when trying to Publish

Hi, I have looked into the support page trying to find the issue and nothing has worked. I can not find out why my presentation is not publishing. I am trying to publish to an LMS but it will not finish publishing. Once it gets to the end of updating and importing the presentation for publishing, I receive and error report message that says "We're sorry Something went wrong with articulate presenter and it might close." Then I have no published product. Can someone explain what the issue is that I am having?

Hi Aaron!
First piece of advice would be to see if you can import into a new file and publish. You can follow these instructions:
Note: Articulate resources, such as audio and video, will need to be inserted again into the new presentation. You may need to export the narration from your original presentation, then import it into the new presentation.
If this doesn't work, would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?
Hi Leslie, This worked. I just need to go back and import my audio files. Just strange to why it wasn't publishing, but thank you very much for your help!!!!
I suspect there must have been some corruption somewhere, but glad that solution will get you on your way Aaron. Thanks for popping back in with an update.
Yes, I figured that too but I wasn't quite sure being how everything was still working as normal. Thank you for your quick response.
