Error message: Overflow in AnnotationLayer.Form_Load at line 146
Mar 21, 2015
Hi there,
I have recently reinstalled Presenter 09 to complete development of a course that a contract ID created for us. I'm attempting to sync audio files with the animations on the slides. I keep getting this error:
Overflow in AnnotationLayer.Form_Load at line 146
I've found some info about it here on the community, but wasn't certain if it's still the rule since it's about using update 6 with PPT '10 and I've already installed the latest update and I'm using PPT '13.
Any insight on how I can resolve this issue so that I can properly sync the audio would be fantastic. Of course I'm operating on a tight deadline... :)

Hello Christina,
you can check out the system requirements for Presenter 09 here. You would need to use PPT 07 or 2010. You can also check out the information here.
I'm getting the same error when I try to sync my animations. I'm using Windows 7, Presenter 09 with PowerPoint 2016. Can I fix this if I update to Presenter 13?
Hi Doug,
Since Presenter 09 isn't supported with Office 2016, I can't say for certain what is causing that error. If you're able to update to Presenter '13 we'd expect that to work normally with Office 2016 and if it didn't then we'd be able to investigate with our Support Engineers.
