I have a presentation built using Studio 13 that has somehow become corrupted. It has worked fine through several versions/changes, but with the latest version, when I try using any Articulate function - e.g. Edit in Engage, Preview, etc. - it gets hung up at the following point: unpacking publishsettings.xml... and has to be shut down.
Any suggestions as to what's going on and how to clear this issue?
Thanks for checking and our team found them as well - they were being filtered out based on some OOO language in your email messages. It looks like you and Rowie have been in touch so you should be good to go from there but definitely let me know if you need anything else!
Hi Just writing to see if there was any update/resolution to this. I work with Aiko at Ohio State's College of Medicine and this issue has plagued us since Mid-May. I was hoping the latest update might resolve this issue but it did not. Thanks for any help/update you can provide.
We were able to resolve this temporarily after uninstalling Articulate 13;
uninstalling Office 2013; reinstalling Office 2010; reinstalling Articulate
13. After this, I was able to republish the module in case below:
Quick update. Our MedCenter IT was finally able to resolve this issue for us. Looks like it was an old version of our Encryption software that was causing the issue. HOOOOOORAY!

Hi Anand!
Looks like Etsa's issue was related to network settings, so no update to really provide there.
I did see where Aiko worked with our support team in August (00871087) and they tracked the issue down to a corrupted slide that was shared from you.
Did you not get that e-mail? I'd encourage you to continue working with Lea in support if you still have issues.
