We had a some crashing occurrences prior to Update 2 to Studio '13, so are you running the latest update?
If that's the issue, you can download the update and try to re-publish your course.
If this is not the issue or the solution above still does not resolve your issue, then we need to have a look and you can package your course and submit it to us.
