Error when installing Runtime error! abormal program termination Oct 15, 2014 By Riyu Azumaya Hello, When I try to install the studio 13, I'm getting an runtime error. I'm running Office 2010. Anyone had this problem in the past?

Leslie McKerchie Staff over 9 years ago10/16/14 at 8:08 am (UTC) I have not seen this error message before, but I would advise a couple of things that have been more common to users experiencing issues: Install VSTO Install at least .NET Framework 4.0 After installing the above, please restart your machine. Be sure that you are performing your install with admin rights. If this does not help, I would recommend reaching out to support as they can assist by checking windows event logs, etc.

This is the error that I'm getting.
This is my setup. I'm running Office 2010. Video card is quadro 2000M
I have not seen this error message before, but I would advise a couple of things that have been more common to users experiencing issues:
Install VSTO
Install at least .NET Framework 4.0
After installing the above, please restart your machine.
Be sure that you are performing your install with admin rights.
If this does not help, I would recommend reaching out to support as they can assist by checking windows event logs, etc.
