Please do the following: 1) In Internet Explorer, follow the steps in this article to uninstall Adobe Flash Player. 2) In Internet Explorer, install a fresh copy of Adobe Flash Player here.
Nathan Faulkner Author over 9 years ago07/03/14 at 6:10 am (UTC) Uninstalling and reinstalling flash again did the trick. When following the Adobe uninstall instructions article, also make sure to delete the 'flash' and 'flash player' folders described in the instructions, not just their contents.
