Error when trying to 'record narration' in Articulate

Okay - so this error message just appeared out of nowhere yesterday... 

Duplicates regardless of PPT file being viewed.....  the 'HELP" button says to reload Microsoft Windows!

Are you freakin' kiddin' me?

Any help/insight appreciated..

Hi Peter,

Yikes! Not something you want to see on a Friday. Unfortunately, it's usually caused by one of two issues. Either the version of Office you're using isn't supported, or Office needs to be reinstalled (not Windows, just Office). Take a look at this support article for more information. 

Hopefully the process will be quick for you and you'll be up and running again.
