I have Windows 10, with the updated MS office of 2016. While publishing the course I am receiving an error, which states "We are sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Presenter' 13 and it might close". The file size is hardly 6.23mb, not too sure why I am getting this error. I have also attached a screen print of the error.
Sorry, you've run into trouble with your Presenter courses. Are you seeing this on one particular file or any file you're using in Presenter? If it's happening on all your files I'd start by repairing Studio '13 following the set up here. It's also a good idea to check that you're following these best practices to prevent file corruption and other odd behavior.
Let us know if you're still running into a problem after that.
I'm facing a similar issue with my project but only to one specific file, it was publishing fine until now. However now I'm getting the " We're sorry, something went wrong" error popup message whenever I try ti publish this file.
I am getting the error on my Articulate 360 Trial. I am assuming this feature has been disabled due to the trial version. I keep getting the same error message no matter what I try.
The trial version of Articulate 360 provides full access to the application features. Let's see if we can pinpoint the issue!
To start, does this appear to be happening for one course or all of your courses? If it is only happening in one course, let's see if importing that course into a new file clears the issue. If this is happening for all of your projects, you will want to start by repairing the application. If you are using Presenter 360, this article will guide you through that process.
I would also reccommend following these steps to ensure best practices are in place to avoid file corruption.
Please let us know if you continue to hit any snags! We are happy to help!
Thanks for letting us know that this is happening with all of your files.
My first thought is for you to conduct a repair of your install by following the directions here, but with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your Articulate Package to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
From here, I'm going to enlist our Support Engineers' help, so we can best troubleshoot what's happening behind the scenes here. You should receive an email from the team shortly, and I'll follow along to share any relevant insight here!
I feel really dumb now. I just remembered that SmartArt doesn't always work well with Articulate. I converted all of it to images on one of my presentations and now it works fine.

Is this because of a trial version?

This error occurs on all pptx files. I have not gotten it to work at all.

Here is the PowerPoint that I tried to send to Articulate Presenter 360.
It really didn't matter which pptx file, I never got it to work.
Benita.

Hi, Benita. Thanks for working through this with us!
I was able to open the content in Presenter 360, Update 24, without any issues–here's a short recording of my test!

Hi Benita,
I can see that Christopher is already taking a look, so you should be hearing from him soon.
I've passed your mention of needing some quiz assistance on to him as well.
I wanted to mention that you've responded with your phone number in a public forum, so feel free to edit if needed :)
ok, thanks.
