Even with upgraded 9, issues still with IE10 saving score

I was perusing your forums for more information regarding my issue. In this thread:

the user has the exact issue I'm experiencing - increase of instances of scores not saving, IE 10 probably the culprit. I followed the recommendations to see if I could duplicate the problem (updating Articulate 9, etc).
I did some testing in SCORM Cloud and the issues did not replicate. Of course this could be that I am not running on IE10. Due to administrative restrictions, I'm not able to load or run IE10 at this time.
If I turn on the debug log, reload the course and run tests again in SCORM Cloud, would someone be able to assist on what the logs reveal?

First, can you tell me what LMS you're using? Are you using Articulate Online, or another LMS?
The user that's experiencing this issue, have they tried viewing the course in another web browser? I just want to confirm this is, in fact, limited to IE 10. With the update and if the file was updated, this issue shouldn't exist. If it does, we'd definitely want to take a look at what's happening.
Are you able to share a link with me for the course? I have access to IE 10 on my machine and I'd be happy to test it and see if we can reproduce the issue.

I'm having trouble with the link you sent, unfortunately.
Do you have a link for the project that's on your LMS? Or are you actually using SCORM Cloud for hosting?
Also, did you have a chance to see if the user was able to complete the course in a different web browser?

We have several users with this issue and using a different browser has helped some of them. We don't use SCORM Cloud to host, it's all internal here.

Curious - after updating, did you republish and reupload the project to the LMS? Or did you use another method?
