Exit button not functioning properly for some users

Hi
I have a course built in Articulate Presenter 09. I have it running in two LMS - our new Saba LMS for company employees where it launches and close fine with no problems.
I also have it running in our old custom-built LMS for external customers to see. Again it launches fine and close with no problems for the majority of users.
I have two users, however, who have problems close course using the EXIT button. It does not appear to be browser related, we've deleted cookies, temp files and internet history - both causes of problems on occasion. i've had them try another Articulate course of mine and same problem
does anyone recognise this problem or have any ideas on other things to try?

Hi Sarah,
There are some additional reasons why the exit trigger may not work included in this kb article.
You mentioned it only being two users, but you can share more with the community about what is happening to them when they try to use the exit trigger?

When they try to use the trigger, absolutely nothing happens. The Exit button should close the module for the user and take them to a post-course assessment in the bespoke LMS, but it doesn't respond.

Thanks Sarah - did any of the items in the troubleshooting article help you? I'd specifically have those users look at the browser security piece, and then for you the bottom section on the LMS piece - although since you've built this in a custom LMS, it may be more complicated than described there.

I tried changing the Configuration.js as follows
This doesn't appear to have worked. I'll try the other option var EXIT_BEHAVIOR = "ALWAYS_CLOSE_TOP and see if that does

Thanks Sarah for the update - did you try testing it within SCORM Cloud? That'll give you an indication if you've changed it correctly, or if there is something that needs to happen in the LMS.

Did all the exit behavior work as expected within SCORM Cloud? If so, and it's not working in your LMS, I'd suggest to share that with whoever built your custom LMS.

The problem is that it works for the majority of users in our custom LMS
It is only users (three of them) from just one company in Saudi Arabia that have the problem.
Would that still mean that it would still be related to the LMS?

Likely yes, although it may also be something specific to their browser security settings. Unfortunately, if you're unable to replicate it, there isn't a way to be sure - but I would point them to check out the settings. Also, if they're able to close the course just by closing the browser and it records their information - I'd make sure they follow that procedure going forward.

I'm having trouble with this issue again....
Whilst I appear to have resolved it with IE11, it is still not working for users running the module in Chrome...
I've tried most of the tips in http://en-uk.articulate.com/support/presenter-09/exit-tab-does-not-work-in-presenter-09 - I have the configuration.js file set to ALWAYS_CLOSE_TOP, the Player Template to open in another window. I also have update 10 installed.
Are there any additional troubleshooting tips I can try for this browser? I'm not sure where to go next!
