I have a menu slide that branches to six different parts of my slide show. Three of them were built from PPT slides. When I branch to each of these areas the user controls the navigation to the next and previous slides (which is also set in the Slide Properties).
Is there a way (and if so, how) to allow a student to exit in the middle of the slides without having to progress through all the slides? I can do this in Engage but can't figure out how to do it in Presenter.

Are you looking to allow your users free navigation? If so, you can set that under Player Templates > Navigation:
