My tests with using the export to mp3 feature don't seem to grab any of the audio from Engage interactions. Right now, the feature is almost useless to me without it including this audio.
Also, to extract audio from Engage, I'm still only able to export one bit of audio at a time. I'm dying for the ability to export all audio from an Engage in one step.

That is correct, the audio from embedded quizzes and interactions are not included in the export, and that is included in our documentation here.
Engage '13 audio is exported one 'step' at a time as explained here.
