External Hyperlinks not working

Hi there

Hoping you can help. We've created an Articulate Presenter file with links that point to external URLs.

Upon publish (both for Web and Scorm), these links do not execute a window at all.

We've made sure pop-up blockers are turned off. 

When we right click and copy the link, then paste it into a new window, that works. So, it's as if the security settings or something are actually blocking them from showing in a new window. 

Do you know how we could fix this?

PS - not sure if realavant, but we get the following warning when this is launched in chrome:

Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentiallly unsafe operation.

The following local application on your computer or network:

....(lists the path of stealthray.swf)...

is trying to communicate with this Internet-enabled location:

...(lists the path of player.html)
