We've just upgraded to Articulate Studio '13 and love it! It's great that the Engage interactions and the quizzes can easily match the UI of the PPT slides. What a time saver!
Meanwhile, I republished a course originally created in '09 and uploaded to our LMS, Cornerstone onDemand.
When I launch the course, the player is shifted to the right side of the screen and two levels of the course title are displayed as hyperlinks on the left. I've been through all the settings and can't find a reason for this.See attachment.

For some reason, I can't get the attachment to attach. I did get this resolved by unchecking the HTML5 and ipad options when publishing.
